The City Government of Kabankalan congratulates the 82 young learners from 7 CDCs who celebrated their Moving-Up today, March 31, 2026 at Brgy. Magballo Covered Court, with 33 girls and 49 boys.

Mayor Benjie Miranda, along with EA Genevieve Salas representing the Vice Mayor, delivered messages expressing their support for the bright future of the young learners.

In attendance were EA Joel Palata, ECCD Focal Person Milcah Vidal, and Cluster Coordinators Dinah R. Deveso, Rizza D. Dojoles, Ronie B. Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
