Mayor Benjie Miranda, Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda, and the City Council congratulate the 97 young learners who celebrated their Moving-Up today, March 30, 2026 at Brgy. Locotan Covered Court.

Of the total, 44 are girls and 53 are boys, representing 9 Child Development Centers.

The event was also attended by ECCD Focal Person Milcah Vidal, along with Cluster Coordinators Dinah R. Deveso, Rizzax D. Dojoles, Ronie B. Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
