Mayor Benjie Miranda, Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda, and the City Council congratulate the 110 young learners from 9 Child Development Centers who celebrated their moving-up ceremony today, March 26, 2026 at Brgy. Camansi Covered Court.

Representing Mayor Benjie Miranda and Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda were EA Joel Palata and EA Joel Tagapan, who expressed the City’s support.

Present were ECCD Focal Person Milcah Vidal and the Cluster Coordinators: Dinah Deveso, Rizza Dojoles, Ronie Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
