The City Government of Kabankalan, led by Mayor Benjie Miranda and Vice Mayor Miranda, congratulates the 48 child learners from 5 CDCs who celebrated their Moving-Up Ceremony today, April 7, 2026, at the Barangay Tagoc Covered Court. Of the 48 completers, 27 are boys and 21 are girls.

Representing Mayor Benjie Miranda and Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda were EA Joel Palata and EA Genevieve Salas who conveyed the City’s support in empowering the young learners.

Also present during the event were ECCD Focal Person Milcah Vidal, along with Cluster Coordinators Dinah Deveso, Rizza Dojoles, Ronnie Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
