The City Government of Kabankalan, led by Mayor Benjie Miranda and Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda, congratulates the 98 young learners from 3 Child Development Centers (CDCs) who celebrated their Moving-Up Ceremony on April 6, 2026, at Talubangi Covered Court.

A total of 98 young learners completed their early childhood education: Linao CDC – 15 boys and 10 girls; Camugao CDC – 23 boys and 13 girls; and Talubangi CDC – 22 boys and 15 girls.

Representing the Mayor Miranda and Vice Mayor Miranda was EA Genevieve Salas who conveyed the City’s continued commitment to strengthening early childhood education.

Also present during the ceremony were Dinah Deveso, Rizza Dojoles, Ronnie Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
