The City Government of Kabankalan congratulates the 163 learners from 11 Child Development Centers who celebrated their Moving-Up today, April 1, 2026 at Brgy. Bantayan Covered Court, with 89 girls and 74 boys.

Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda, alongside EA Joel Palata representing the Mayor, emphasized the city’s dedication to providing continued support for young learners.

Also present were ECCD Focal Person Milcah Vidal, and Cluster Coordinators Dinah R. Deveso, Rizza D. Dojoles, Ronie B. Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
