The City Government of Kabankalan congratulates 49 learners from 6 CDCs who celebrated their Moving-Up today, April 1, 2026 at Brgy. Pinaguinpinan Covered Court, composed of 27 girls and 22 boys.

Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda, along with EA Joel Palata representing the Mayor, shared messages of support for the young learners’ journey ahead.

Also present were CSWDO Chief Cyril Ramos, ECCD Focal Person Milcah Vidal, and Cluster Coordinators Dinah R. Deveso, Rizza D. Dojoles, Ronie B. Adlaon, Jessica Gomez, and Jocelyn Robles.
