The City Agriculture Office, headed by Ricky R. Muscosa, successfully implemented corn programs, sustainable farming practices and strengthened food security initiatives in the city.

The awards were conferred during the Agri-Abanse Pasidungog Day on April 19, 2026, at the Panaad Organic Village, as part of the Panaad sa Negros Festival celebration held from April 13 to 19, 2026.
