City Mayor Benjie Miranda congratulates Jeff Alisson Lamoste Adera, of Brgy. Tagukon, being recognized as “Promising Goat Raiser Award” during the Livestock and Dairy Fair of the Panaad sa Negros Festival 2026.

The recognition was joined by City Agriculturist Sir Ricky Muscosa, City Veterinarian Doc Anselmo Perez, and the City Agriculture team during today’s flag-raising ceremony.

Further, Mayor Miranda commend him as a role model to become more purposeful in living.

He received cash prized from the mayor for his initiative and resourcefulness.

He is a chairperson of Sangguniag Kabataan of Brgy Tagukon.
