The City Government of Kabankalan, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), facilitated the 21 participants in the 7th Year “Happy Walk” for Children with Down Syndrome held on March 29, 2026, at SM City Bacolod.

Governor Bong Lacson joined the event, where the children showcased their diverse talents in a joyful celebration of inclusion.

The activity featured a “Fun Walk” inside SM City Bacolod, with participants accompanied by their guardians, DepEd teachers, and PDAO staff members.
