The City Government of Kabankalan, through CSWDO and PYAP Brgy. Tan-Awan, conducted a Capacity Building and Drug Awareness Campaign on April 25, 2026, at the Brgy. Tan Awanon Covered Court.

A total of 25 youth participated in the seminar conducted by CSWDO staff, PYAP Designate Jelme Grace Lacson and the PYAP Tan Awanon President. The activity aimed to equip the youth with knowledge and values to become responsible and productive individuals.

Joy Rhie Vargas tackled Mental Health Awareness, emphasizing self-care, breaking stigma, and healthy coping strategies.

Danilo Bantaran led a Drug Awareness session, highlighting the dangers of substance abuse and sharing ways to resist peer pressure and promote a drug-free community.
