The City Government of Kabankalan, led by Mayor Benjie Miranda and Vice Mayor Divina Gracia Miranda, distributed cash assistance to 70 senior citizens today, April 15, 2026, at the City Hall Lobby.
Of the total beneficiaries, 46 octogenarians received β±12,000 each, 23 nonagenarians received β±25,000 each, and 1 centenarian that will receive β±100,000βamounting to a total of β±1,227,000.
Mayor Benjie Miranda, along with EA Genevieve Guanzon, delivered a message reaffirming the city governmentβs strong commitment to supporting the welfare and well-being of senior citizens.
