The City Government of Kabankalan, through the City Assessor’s Office, invites Stakeholders, Real property owners, Business owners, and interested Kabankalanons to participate in the Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Value (SMV) for Calendar Years 2028โ€“2030.

This consultation is conducted in compliance to Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) of 2024, to ensure a fair, updated, and transparent property valuation system in the City.
