The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) turned over a P10 million worth of Kabuhayan checks to 12 farmers associations under its Agro-Integrated Climate Mitigating Project for High Income Generation in the Highlands (AIM HIGH) project.

A total of 550 individual farmers are expected to benefit from the project.

Kabankalan City Mayor Benjie Miranda led the turnover rites at the City Function Hall on May 15, 2024.

Also present were Dr. Emil Sama, executive assistant of Vice Mayor Miguel Zayco, Councilor Adolfo Mangao Jr. Ricky Muscosa, city agriculturist, Carmela Abellar, Rosalie Guilaran, and Elmer Gimay from DOLE.
