The City Government of Kabankalan, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), released today, August 19, 2025, the transportation allowance for the 28 ERPAT (Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities) Chairpersons during a program held at the City Hall lobby.
Each ERPAT Chief received ₱3,500 aimed at supporting their role as community leaders and fathers, who play a vital part in promoting family welfare and strengthening grassroots involvement.
This initiative was made possible under the leadership of Mayor Benjie Miranda and Vice Mayor Divina Miranda.
According to Mayor Miranda, “By empowering the fathers, we will help strengthen both the family and the city.”
The event was also attended by Executive Assistants Vanessa Superal and Dr. Joel Palata, showing the city government’s unified support for ERPAT leaders.
