SECURING A BUILDING PERMIT
A Building Permit is required prior to the erection, construction, alteration, repair, transfer, conversion and demolition or caused the same to be done on any building or structure owned by government or private entities. The Permit shall expire and become null and void if the Building or work authorized did not commence within a period of One (1) year from the date of such permit, or if the building or work so authorized is suspended or abandoned at any time after it has commenced for a period of 360 days. The permit shall include structural, electrical, plumbing/sanitary mechanical aspects.
