SECURING OSCA IDENTIFICATION CARD FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

The City Social Welfare and Development Office and the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs provide the issuance of OSCA Identification Card to senior citizens or elderly (ages 60 years old and above) of Kabankalan City. The OSCA Identification Card grant benefits and privileges to senior citizens.
