The City Government of Kabankalan Department Heads gathered today, February 13, 2025, at Negros Residence, Bacolod City, for a Gender and Development (GAD) Budgeting and Planning session focused on the year 2026.

The event aimed at strengthening the integration of gender perspectives into the city’s development initiatives, with DILG CLGOO VI Mia Asuncion Gatilogo as the resource speaker. Gatilogo’s presentation focused on mainstreaming Gender and Development across all sectors.

In attendance were DILG CLGOO Catherine Baltazar, Ma. Virginia Española (Assistant City Administrator), Budget Officer Joemil Porol, CPA, Dr. Elizabeth Junto, Dr. Cornelio Daguia, Atty. Charise Tomaro, and Cyril Ramos, CSWDO Officer.
