The City Government of Kabankalan, led by Mayor Benjie Miranda, conducted Job Order Personnel Integration Conference on February 11, 2025, at the K-Center. A total of 1,263 job order personnel participated in the event, with 1,196 from the Executive Department and 67 from the Legislative Department.

With the theme “Job Order Workers: Aiming Higher for Excellence in Public Service,” the conference aimed to strengthen the role of job order workers in delivering quality public service and fostering professionalism within the workforce.

Mayor Benjie Miranda graced the occasion, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to cultivating a motivated and well-integrated workforce.

According to City Administrator Atty. Mac Lord Zafra, the event served as continuing education for job order personnel to instill professionalism, discipline, and commitment as they serve Kabankalan City. It was an opportunity for them to align with the city’s vision and values, reinforcing their role in achieving excellence in public service.

The conference featured Benjie Orot, SP Secretary of the Municipality of Candoni, as the resource speaker. He shared valuable insights on the principles of RESPECT—Reliable, Ethical, Service-Minded, Professional, Enthusiastic, Compassionate and a Team Player—highlighting the importance of integrity and teamwork in public service.

Mrs. Virginia Española, Head of HRMO, welcomed the participants, encouraging them to go the extra mile in their service as the city advances. She urged personnel to take pride in their contributions to Kabankalan’s growth and progress.

First Lady Divina Gracia Miranda was also in attendance.
